Rally for Healthcare - Thursday, June 16th - 9:00-11:00 a.m.
Participants will rally to protect Medicare, to advocate for a Single Payer healthcare system, and to take corporations out of the healthcare equation.
The rally will start at 9:00 a.m. at Moscone Center West (Howard St. @ 4th St., SF). If you plan on attending, contact UESF Rep Allan Brill, who will carry the UESF banner at the event, at 956-8373 or abrill@uesf.org.
Homeownership Webinar for Educators, Firefighters, and Police Who Face Possible Foreclosure
Wednesday June 22, 12:00-1:30 p.m.
UESF members who face difficult financial decisions regarding home ownership are invited to attend this free online forum to obtain answers to distressed real estate related questions and issues.
The webinar includes a discussion by a panel of knowledgeable experts who will educate viewers about their various homeowner/financial options.
